Talk Of The Town Party 180
Gosh, what I would do to get some real summer temps around here. Seriously, when you have to turn the furnace on in June there is something wrong with that picture. I'm a summer girl and anything under 24℃ (75℉) to me is considered chilly. I can blog from anywhere and I'm so tempted to load up the frugalistamobile and head southwest to enjoy the sunny beaches of Lake Okanagan (Canada's California). Please please, 🤞that July brings us hot and sunny days. Hope you are enjoying much nicer temperatures in your neck of the woods.

ReplyDeleteMe too Paula! Thanks for partying with us and looking forward to seeing what you shared.
DeleteMarie thanks so much for featuring my scrap fabric art. I hope the weather has been good to you up north. We have been getting rain by the bucketfuls. Not fun at all!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome Mary, you are the Queen of Repurposing Fabrics in my eyes! We've been like you, rain rain rain. Hopefully we both get some decent weather soon!
DeleteYour comments on the weather are spot on Marie. I keep praying Alberta will separate get taking over by the USA and then we can all run, walk, crawl to Texas never to be cold again lol.
ReplyDeleteOh my! Ummm, I was thinking beautiful British Columbia. Proud to be 🇨🇦
DeleteThanks for the party, Marie. Hope it warms up for you soon. I'd love to send some of our upper 90s temperature your way!
ReplyDeleteYes yes yes, please do Beverly! LOL
DeleteThanks for hosting Marie. I hope it gets warmer for you real soon!! It is cooler where were're at too, but that only means that the big heat wave is on its way! At least for us down here. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteI so hope you're right about the big heat wave on it's way. I'm keeping my finger's crossed July will be that month, all month, not just our token two weeks!
DeleteThank you so much for the party and letting us share on your blog, Marie! Praying for some warmer temps for you! Our high tomorrow will only be 68F, and I'm in So Cal!

You are most welcome Debbie! Hugs backatcha 🤗
DeleteThanks for hosting. I grew up in Hawaii, so temps in the 70s was cold, but since moving to the desert in SoCal, I would love 70 degree weather year round.
ReplyDeleteErlene, I'll trade you? I live in the Canadian Prarires where nine months out of the year we freeze our butts off so when we finally have summer, I want some heat!
