Hello friends, have you had weeks where these crazy days of 2020 got the best of you? This was one of those weeks for me where it zapped all creativity and motivation to do anything. The disturbing and sad nightly news stories ramped up my anxiety, I felt smothered by my four walls, and the neighborhood noises during my backyard respites seemed amplified and annoying. That fight or flight feeling took over a couple of times where I wanted nothing more than to point my car west for some mountain air and the peaceful sounds of nature.

So while I didn't share any new projects on the blog this week I'm looking forward to seeing each one of your latest creative projects, recipes, and more so let's get this party started!
